Athletics Coaching
We coach runners of all standards and ages from complete beginners to elite
athletes. Our training plans and sessions are optimised on an individual basis in
terms of intensity and volume to produce the desired training effect i.e. we train
people smarter not harder.
Personal Training - 1:1 Personal Training sessions for total body conditioning.
Pilates - We appreciate the importance of core stability, posture and conditioning
for everyone not just athletes so we run Pilates classes for the general public as
well as sport specific Pilates courses (details here)
Nutrition - Correct nutrition is an important ingredient for leading a healthy lifestyle
for everyone and not just athletes. As well as providing nutritional advice we run
Healthy Eating and Weight Management classes.

Running Workshops
We are delivering several Running Workshops over the next few months. The next
block will start on Sunday 15th April at Saltburn Pier. The sessions will run from
1030 - 1200 for 4 weeks and cost £1.50 per week (or you can pay for all 4 in
advance to ensure commitment!).
The minimum age is 12
years and there is no
maximum age! The
Workshops are part of the
Sport England Sportivate
Programme.
